A single-level house located on a stunning private estate with two other properties, Ilios is inspired by the local landscape and offers classic and stylish living with an abundance of character. Sleeping six in 3 bedrooms, Ilios is the perfect place for a small group of friends or family to relax and enjoy the Greek way of life. A new addition to the Indio Rock portfolio, Ilios has a Sunday changeover and is located near the hamlet of Mega Aloni.

Inside the property, there is an open plan kitchen and spacious living area with doors opening onto the terrace. There is a delightful outdoor dining area with a BBQ for summer feasts to enjoy with friends and family and a further outdoor dining area from the Master bedroom.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
Ilios features a 4m x 8m swimming pool located in front of the house, the perfect place to soak up the afternoon sun and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is also a sunken outdoor seating area with cushioned seating just to the side of the pool.
