OVERVIEW
Alico is a wonderful villa that combines the architecture of old Zakynthos whilst maintaining the highest standards of comfort. You can guarantee you’ll have almost everything you could possibly need for your stay and if you don’t, the owner is always on hand to provide it.
Please note, there is some construction work in front of the villa which unfortunately does impair the view however we guarantee that no further work is taking place over summer and so noise will not be a problem. Please be sure to take a look at the Gallery where we have included some images.
OVERVIEW
Alico’s traditional design reflects the classic venetian architecture of Zakynthos with a modern twist. It is located just up in the hills, with fantastic sea views.
Alico has a Sunday changeover. This villa has a small parking area so we recommend hiring a small/medium size car.
THE BEDROOMS
Alico sleeps six in three en-suite bedrooms. It has one double en-suite bedroom and a twin en-suite bedroom on the first floor and a further double/twin bedroom on the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 3 is a twin/double room with an en-suite.
FIRST FLOOR
Master bedroom is a double room with an en-suite & balcony.
Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite.

Alico has a well-appointed kitchen with a traditional but very high-quality interior – we love how well maintained this property is. Alico is really well suited to families or groups of friends; its location and quality make it one of our most popular villas.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR AREA
There are beautiful sea views to be seen from Alico’s lovely private pool and shaded daybed. Along with the shaded dining area, Alico’s outdoor area offers a mix of sunny and cool spots to enjoy throughout the day.
